Step 1: Login to Blogger Dashboard >> Settings tab >> Other.

Step 2: Click Delete blog. Then following confirmation screen will appear. Also it is recommended you that Download Blog before deletion for your future needs if any.
Step 3: Click Delete this Blogto delete your blog.
Of course, your deleted blog is available for some days in your Blogger dashboard under Deleted Blogs Category. If you want reuse this simply reactivate this from your dashboard.
