Telnet is a both text-based computer protocol and a network protocol. It is a user command and an underlying TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet) protocol to communicate with a remote computer. It is used to send commands to the server and check the responses.
By this telenet commnad you can check the e-mail address also.
In windows OS telnet is included but not installed by default.
Procedure to enable telnet command in windows
Follow the below procedure to install the Telnet in Windows.
Step 1: Open the control panel.
Step 2: Click on the programs.
Step 3: Click on the Programs and Features.
Step 4: Click on the Turn Windows Features on or off.
Step 5: check (enable) the Telnet Client and then click OK.
